DAY OF EVENT ARRIVAL: Please arrive at the site 7:30 am—8:30 am
However, if you require driving to your site, either as a food truck/trailer, or just general unloading, we ask that you arrive no later than 8:00 am
(We cannot allow drive-throughs when people are arriving to register.)
* PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to bring your own tent, table, and chairs for all spots.
** Note, too, that there are a limited number of electric spots available, and you will be required to bring your own 100 ft extension cord or generator.

General Liability Insurance is required at this event. Quakertown Borough requires that you provide us with a Certificate of Insurance evidencing general liability, and naming Quakertown Borough (35 North 2nd Street, Quakertown, PA 18951; PH: (215) 536-5001) as the certificate holder.
If you are approved and paid, but fail to turn in to Crossroads a Certificate of Insurance, entry to the event will not be granted and you will lose both your spot and your payment.
Refunds will only be issued if your spot is not approved by Crossroads Pregnancy Care.
Please be aware that space is limited and we may need to deny applications to ensure sufficient event variety.
